무지개 초원은 떠나간 반려동물을 사진으로 다시 만나는 서비스예요.
이용자의 개인정보를 소중히 다루며, 아래와 같이 처리해요.
1. 수집하는 정보와 목적

만 14세 미만은 가입할 수 없어요.
로그인 없이 둘러보는 동안에는 브라우저별 임시 계정 식별자만 만들어지고, 사진이나 이름은 수집하지 않아요.
2. 다른 분에게 보이는 정보
초원은 여러 보호자가 함께 쓰는 공간이에요. 아래 항목은 다른 이용자에게도 보여요.
- 꽃잠정원(안치단): 아이 이름, 사진 1장, 한마디, 생일과 떠난 날, 촛불 수. 함께한 시간과 앨범 사진은 본인만 볼 수 있어요.
- 소원나무: 메시지, 적어 주신 아이 이름, 토닥 수.
- 함께 산책: 내 아이의 캐릭터 영상과 이름, 초원 안 위치. 접속해 있는 동안만 보여요.
신청 내용, 사진 3장, 시안, 편지, 수정 요청, 결제 내역은 본인과 운영자만 볼 수 있어요.
소원나무 글은 다른 이용자가 신고할 수 있고, 운영자가 확인 후 숨길 수 있어요.
3. 처리 위탁과 국외 이전
서비스 운영을 위해 아래 회사에 처리를 맡기고 있어요. 서버가 해외에 있어 정보가 국외로 이전돼요.

국외 이전을 원하지 않으면 서비스를 이용하지 않을 수 있고, 이미 이전된 정보는 삭제를 요청할 수 있어요.
이전을 거부하면 캐릭터 제작과 초원 이용이 불가능해요.
각 회사의 연락처는 해당 회사의 개인정보처리방침에서 확인할 수 있어요.
4. 보유 기간과 파기

보유 기간이 끝나거나 삭제 요청을 받으면 지체 없이 파기해요.
전자 파일은 복구할 수 없는 방법으로 삭제하고, 운영자 PC에 남은 제작 파일(시안·프레임)은 완성 후 30일 안에 삭제해요.
법령에 따라 보관해야 하는 결제 기록은 별도로 분리해 보관하고 그 기간이 지나면 삭제해요.
5. 이용자의 권리와 행사 방법
이용자는 언제든 자신의 정보를 열람·수정·삭제하거나 동의를 철회할 수 있어요.
- 앱 안에서 바로 지우기: 편지함 아래 "내 정보와 아이 지우기"를 누르면 편지, 소원, 촛불, 꽃잠정원 자리, 사진, 시안, 영상, 신청 내용, 알림 설정, 계정이 모두 즉시 삭제돼요. 되돌릴 수 없어요.
- 이메일로 요청: 아래 연락처로 보내 주시면 확인 후 10일 안에 처리해요.
- 알림 끄기: 브라우저 설정에서 알림 권한을 끄면 돼요.
- 홍보 활용 동의 철회: 선택 동의는 이메일로 언제든 철회할 수 있어요.
구글·카카오 계정 연결은 각 서비스의 계정 설정에서도 해제할 수 있어요.
6. 안전성 확보 조치
- 사진과 신청 내용은 비공개 저장소에 두고, 본인과 운영자만 기간이 제한된 주소로 열어 볼 수 있어요.
- 데이터베이스는 행 단위 접근 제어(RLS)로 본인 정보만 읽고 쓸 수 있게 해요.
- 모든 통신은 암호화(HTTPS)해요. 비밀키는 서버에만 두고 사이트 코드에 넣지 않아요.
- 운영자 계정은 소셜 로그인으로만 접근하고, 운영자 화면은 지정된 계정만 열 수 있어요.
7. 쿠키와 저장소
로그인 유지와 설정(언어, 안내 보기 여부, 구매한 기능) 저장을 위해 브라우저 저장소를 사용해요.
광고 목적의 추적 쿠키는 사용하지 않아요.

Rainbow Meadow is a place to meet the pet you've lost again, made from a few photos.
We care about your privacy. Here is what we collect and why.
1. What we collect and why

You must be 14 or older to sign up.
While browsing without signing in, only a temporary per-browser account identifier is created; no photos or names are collected.
2. What other visitors can see
The meadow is shared with other families. These items are visible to other users:
- Memorial Garden: your pet's name, one photo, your note, birthday and the day they passed, candle count. The time together and album photos are visible only to you.
- Wish Tree: the message, the pet name you wrote, and the number of pats.
- Walking together: your pet's character video, name and position in the meadow, only while you are online.
Your request details, the three photos, sketches, letters, change requests and payment records are visible only to you and the operator.
Wish Tree messages can be reported by other users and hidden by the operator after review.
3. Service providers and international transfers
We rely on the companies below. Their servers are outside Korea, so your data is transferred abroad.

If you do not want your data transferred abroad, you can choose not to use the service and can ask us to delete data already transferred.
Without these transfers we cannot create the character or run the meadow.
Each company's contact details are in its own privacy policy.
4. Retention and deletion

When the retention period ends or you ask us to, we delete the data promptly and irreversibly.
Production files left on the operator's computer (sketches, frames) are deleted within 30 days of completion.
Records we must keep by law are stored separately and deleted when that period ends.
5. Your rights
- Delete in the app: "Delete my data and pet" under the letter box removes your letters, wishes, candles, garden niche, photos, sketches, videos, request details, notification settings and the account itself, immediately and irreversibly.
- By email: write to the address below; we respond within 10 days.
- Notifications: turn off the permission in your browser settings.
- Promotional use: optional consent can be withdrawn anytime by email.
You can also disconnect Google or Kakao from your account settings on those services.
6. Security
- Photos and request details are kept in private storage; only you and the operator can open them, through time-limited links.
- Row-level access control in the database limits each account to its own data.
- All traffic is encrypted (HTTPS). Secret keys live only on the server, never in the site code.
- The operator signs in through social login only, and the operator page opens for designated accounts only.
7. Cookies and local storage
We use browser storage to keep you signed in and remember your settings (language, whether you've seen the guide, unlocked features).
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
