Terms of Service

Rainbow Meadow (rainbow-meadow.pages.dev) · Effective 2026-11-03 · Last updated 2026-11-03 (version 2: section 6)

1. The service

Rainbow Meadow turns a few photos of your pet into an animated character you can meet in a virtual meadow.
Characters are generated with AI and may not match your photos exactly.

2. Your account

You sign in with Google or Kakao.
Each account can register one pet.
Please don't upload photos of people or of pets that aren't yours.

3. How it works

We first show you front, side and back sketches; once you approve them we create the animated character.
One round of sketch changes is free; further changes are paid.
Turnaround times are estimates and may vary.

4. Payments and refunds

Prices are the amounts shown at checkout.
Before you approve the sketches, you can get a full refund for any reason.
Approving the sketches starts custom production, so after that, refunds for a change of mind are limited.
If the result has a defect, we will remake it or refund you.
If what you receive differs from what was described or agreed, you may request a refund within 3 months of receiving it, or within 30 days of when you discovered or could have discovered the issue.
Treats, fetch and tricks are fully refundable until they have been delivered.
Free-trial requests involve no payment and are not refundable.

5. Content and rights

You keep all rights to the photos you upload.
We use them only to create your pet's character and run the service.
Your character and videos are yours to enjoy; we'll ask for your permission before using them in any promotion.

6. Public content and reports

Your pet's name, one photo, note, birthday and passing day in the Memorial Garden, Wish Tree messages, and your pet's character and name while walking together are visible to other users.
Everything else you submit, including photos and letters, is visible only to you and the operator.
Messages that upset other users, advertising, contact details, and unauthorized use of other people's photos or pets can be reported by other users and hidden or removed by the operator after review.
You can delete all of your content and data at any time with "Delete my data and pet" in the app.

7. Limitations

Rainbow Meadow is a place for comfort and memories; it is not a substitute for medical or psychological care.
The service may change or end with prior notice.
